I HAVE A TV FOR SALE, CAN I ADVERTISE IT TO THE COMMUNITY?

Yes, Add your item you want to sell in the Forum, Second Hand Market. It´s a great place to buy too!

I WANT TO PUT UP AN AWNING, DO I NEED PERMISSION?

Theoretically yes, All alterations should be approved by The President before you start the work. More information is here.

CAN I SET UP A DIRECT DEBIT FOR MY COMMUNITY FEES?

I HAVE AN APARTMENT FOR RENT CAN I ADD IT HERE?

Yes, all apartments within Lamar Resort IV can be advertised here free. Go to Forums  start a New Post and add your apartment.

For properties outside of Lamar Resort IV  the charge is €52.00 a year and your business will be added to the Trade Directory then you can advertise the property in  apartments for rent in the Forum. If you have a house for rent a new category will be added, Houses for Rent.

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO RAISED FROM ADVERTISING?

All money raised will go 100% to the community , how the money is used is either to pay existing bills or to be used for community improvements which can be discussed and voted for at the next AGM. You can always put your ideas forward now and start a New Post or join the conversations that have already started in the Forum

An up to date  Community Fund will be published on this website soon and will be updated regularly.

IS IT POSSIBE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT MY GROUP HERE? I AM INTERESTED IN ATTRACTING NEW MEMBERS.

Yes go to Groups to see if other people have started the same group or add a New Post and start your own.

That´s great news! Yes, any event that you want to share to our Community go to the forum, Click Share Your News then start a New Post and upload your content.
