Welcome to the group! You can connect with other members and get updates of all my classes in Lamar Resort and in the park.

FITNESS IN THE PARK

The challenging and motivating workout in the park will balance your body and your mind. The workout combines exercises from functional strength training & yoga. We build strength in our training positions and stress relief with the harmonizing flow of our breath. You need water to drink, and a yoga mat, you can join barefood if you like.

AQUA AEROBICS

Aqua Aerobics classes are a great way to mix up a traditional gym workout with the wondrous benefits of water: it supports the body, putting less stress on your joints and muscles. Fighting against the push of the water activates it helps to gain strength. We will be in the pool for 40 min. and the rest of the class is outside training for your back.

The water pressure helps put less strain on the heart by moving blood around the body and the impact of gravity is less in the water allowing a greater range of motion. And of course … it’s fun!

Events in Lamar Resort IV Swimming Pool are only open for Residents, Tenents and people staying here on holiday within Lamar Resort IV

Events outside of Lamar Resort IV are open to everyone.

Each Class is € 5,00 per person to be paid directly to Nadine before the class starts.

Please book your class by clicking RSVP within your chosen class.

A minimum of 5 persons is needed before the class can be confirmed.
